No air conditioning. Laundry facilities were occupied with hotel linens, delaying my use!!! The room decor could use an update to match the surrounding beauty!!!

Visited for two nights and was amazed by the friendly and helpful staff. They elevate the experience! Our studio was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The dedicated parking was a plus. Plus, a warm, inviting atmosphere. Definitely looking forward to returning for another visit!

A longish level walk into town, staff were helpful and the unit was clean and easily accessible (all ground floor accommodation)
We had a studio unit. Cooking facilities consisted of microwave only - no hot plates. No separate sink, one needs to wash up in the bathroom wash basin. The plumbing was noisy.

Arriving at this motel was like stepping back in time, especially with the ancient separate faucets in the bathroom. Was I in a museum? The heater was louder than my snoring! I had expected at least a welcome gift to ease my suffering, but alas, I guess are just regular guests here.

It was just a fitting option for a short stint in Te Anau with very good value for money. The shower had great water pressure, making for a refreshing experience after a long day. Bring snacks since cooking facilities are limited.

We had a very very good stay for activities and dining options.
Everything was immaculate, the parking was on site, the room was a nice size. The staff was patient and excellent. We were in a peaceful location within a close distance from Te Anau Glow Worm Caves.
